The successful candidate will support the smooth and effective running of the company's Delegated Authority processes. This includes overseeing and supporting the Delegated Authority Analyst and Delegated Authority Technician in fulfilling their duties, assisting with query resolution, and monitoring all aspects of workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting business engagement with Delegated Authority Requirements.
- Providing day to day support and guidance to the Delegated Authority Analyst and Technician.
- Providing absence / surge cover for the Delegated Authority Analyst and Technician.
- Helping with query resolution.
- Workflow monitoring and management.
- Monitoring performance against Delegated Authority requirements.
- Conducting the quarterly Delegated Authority Controls Reviews.
- Continuously improving processes and practices.
- Reviewing endorsements and Lead DCOM entries.
- Processing post-approval changes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical Delegated Authority role within the Lloyd's Market.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Practical experience of conducting Lloyd's Coverholder due diligence.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
