We are currently recruiting for a Claims Operations Assistant on a 12 months FTC basis, on behalf of our client, a very highly regarded and well-known Lloyd’s Syndicate with an award winning claims team.
The successful candidate will support the claims team, carrying out administrative tasks and liaising with other business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with data accuracy checking and adjustments.
- Liaising with Broker network and Delegated Claims Authorities.
- Completing action loss fund returns, outstanding queries, static claims and missing reserves.
- Supporting Adjusters with payment processing.
- Providing administrative support for performance oversight and management.
- Assisting with investigating and reconciling variances.
- Completing claim closures.
Key Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
- A pro-active and positive team player.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing demands and deliver results to agreed deadlines.
